DESCRIPTION:This year included\, applicants from the Czech Republic are inv
 ited to submit applications for support of a residency at the Surnadal Bil
 lag residency centre in Norway until 21 March. Selected applicants will re
 ceive €100 per person/day and will be provided with facilities for their
  residency including accommodation for 7-14 days.
