CALL FOR ART EXHIBITION AND PERFORMANCE PROJECTS
Bohemia Farmstudio, an independent centre for the promotion and presentation of live art, announces an open call for projects and collaborations in the fields of visual arts, arts residencies, music and theatre, dance and other performance projects.
We offer remarkable premises and facilities for a cultural centre housed in a former farmhouse from the early 19th century in the village of Vysoká on the edge of the Kokořín Protected Landscape Area. There is accommodation, a lounge, a kitchen, generous exhibition space, a hall and a large courtyard area. The place with a distinctive genius loci is extremely suitable for site-specific realizations.
EXHIBITION PROJECTS
Free theme and any medium (digital and electronic realizations with limitations), we prefer projects that utilize the specific space possibilities. We prefer individuality and originality over socially engaged topics covered in repetitive ways.
RESIDENCIES
Due to the nature of the property, which has accommodation in two hostel-style rooms, we prefer creative groups and ensembles of 3 to 15 people. Farmstudio supports residencies in visual arts, music, theatre, dance, literature, conservation and the humanities.
THEATRE, DANCE, MUSIC AND OTHER PERFORMANCES
We welcome performances that use a specific space and prefer work-in-progress or otherwise unique projects over regular reprises. We do not have conventional stage technology, but offer inspiring environment.

Due to the unpredictability of the results of grant procedures, this call does not specify specific conditions, but invites interested parties and partners (artists, ensembles, production units) to possible cooperation and further negotiations.
