OPEN CALL: RESIDENCIES FOR PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS 2021
Studio ALTA announces a call for applications for professional artists from the field of performing arts (LIVE OR ONLINE).
The aim of the residencies is to support the identity of Studio ALTA as a working space, where you can try different artistic approaches without the pressure of the outcome, with the possibility to find an impasse and learn from your mistakes. The luxury of free research is limited only by your own creativity.
You can apply in two categories:
- Emerging artists who want to create a performance during the residency
- Experienced artists who want to dedicate the residency to artistic research
Selected projects are granted:
- An intense residency at ALTA in Invalidovna or hall 31 in Holešovice, dates of the residencies are a matter of a further agreement
- A work-in-progress presentation
- A possibility of further cooperation, such as co-production of your performance etc.

ABOUT THE RESIDENCIES

Selected projects are granted an intense two-weeklong residency, the possibility to present a work-in-progress and the possibility of further cooperation, such as coproduction, including the project in our program etc.
