THE LOCATION:
- The spaces of the Divadlo na cucky theatre serve as an open platform for meetings and implementation of a regular programme focused on contemporary dance and theatre, exploring the matters of civic engagement and environment. Our dramaturgy includes original art productions, presentations of Czech and foreign theatre and dance, workshops, educational activities organized under the name Atelier Divadla na cucky, and an operation of the Gallery XY.
STUDIOS / REHEARSAL ROOMS:
- A comfortable rehearsal room (stage 4.5 × 5 m; auditorium 4.5 × 7.6 m), daylight, sound system, an option to blackout the daylight, and to project directly on the walls.
- A ‘black box’ (stage 5.5 × 7 m; auditorium 5.5 × 7 m with an option to remove the elevation to extend the stage) with a very good lighting and sound equipment, wooden floor , and an optional cushioned dance floor.
ACCOMMODATION:
- We provide only workspace, no accommodation.
